Warranty/Liability |
All products sold by ATR Motorsports and their independent associates are sold “as is” to the customer. ATR Motorsports and their independent associates do not offer warranties on any of the products sold. If the manufacturer offers a warranty, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by ATR Motorsports and their independent associates are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. ATR Motorsports and their independent associates are not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. ATR Motorsports and their independent associates will not be responsible for your own actions.

Backorders |
If a product is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 days. Most aerodynamic orders take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date.

Shipping Damages |
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. It is possible that packages are damaged due to extreme jolts in shipping, be sure to inspect all parts. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging materials as the carrier may inspect package. Call ATR Motorsports within 24 hours to file a claims request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

Pricing |
Pricing is subject to change without notice. We will attempt to keep our prices as low as possible, but are forced to pass along manufacturer price increases.

Returns |
Special order items cannot be cancelled or returned. No returns on body kits, spoilers, hoods. All other returns must be approved by ATR Motorsports prior to being returned. All items must be returned within 10 days after being delivered. Any items received after 10 days or without approval from ATR Motorsports will be refused and returned to the purchaser at his/her own expense. All returns must be in unused, unaltered, and unpainted condition. All returns must be sent shipping prepaid. Any returns sent freight collect will be refused and returned to the purchaser at their own expense. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packing (or better) if the original packing is no longer in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his/her own protection, since neither ATR Motorsports nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refunds will not issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to ATR Motorsports. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, ATR Motorsports will file a claim with the carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim. |
Installation of Aerodynamics |
All body kits and products sold by ATR Motorsports and their independent associates are considered custom parts. Due to the material and processes used in production, the body kits will not be a direct bolt-on. These body kits will require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. We highly recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Auto shop experienced in OEM installations may not be experienced in aftermarket fiberglass installations. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.
All kits sold by ATR Motorsports and their independent associates are for off-road and show only. We do not recommend, and in fact discourage these kits be used for street use.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions the customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. |
